Information for Mother Goose (1971)

Mother Goose, was a Pantomime directed by Mary Kelley.

This was a Vern Morgan pantomime, which opened on 15th January 1971 and ran until 23rd. It was our last pantomime at the Memorial Hall. We rehearsed it in the Cinema, it was a bitterly cold winter, we kept our duffle coats on at all times. Some will never forget Aunty Gwen Holmes playing the piano in thick winter coat, fur hat and mittens.
